Peanut Butter Dreams

Ingredients
  Peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (At Room Temperature)
  Lightly packed light brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
For coconut chocolate topping
  Eggs 2
  Lightly packed light brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flaked coconut 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), or shredded
  Semisweet chocolate pieces 6 Ounce (1 Package)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium mixing bowl, blend peanut butter, butter or margarine and brown sugar.
Stir in flour.
Turn out into an ungreased 13" x 9" baking pan.
Flatten dough with hand to cover bottom of pan.
Bake 10 minutes.
While baking, prepare Coconut-Chocolate Topping.
Spread topping on baked crust.
Return to oven; bake 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool slightly in pan before cutting into 1" x 3" bars.
Coconut-Chocolate Topping: In a medium mixing bowl, beat eggs well.
Add brown sugar and vanilla.
Beat until blended.
Mix in flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir in coconut and chocolate pieces.
