Grape Butter

A simple recipe, but one that will lower your stress of "what can the kids snack on?" This is a quick solution and also provides the goodness of fruit. Popularly enjoyed as a side dish this is a fridge must-have.
Ingredients
  Blue grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, mix together the grapes and sugar.
2) Allow to boil, stirring occasionally.
3) Turn up heat to high and boil for 20 minutes.
4) Sieve.
5) Transfer and store in hot sterilized jars.

SERVING
6) Can be served as a side dish with crackers or toast.
