Ingredients
  Low sodium low fat milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unsalted peanut butter 2 Tablespoon
  Date sugar/2 dates, pitted and chopped 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Ice cubes 4 , crushed
Directions

MAKING
1.Into blender container add in all the ingredients .
2. Blend to smoothness.

SERVING
3.Take 2 chilled glasses.
4. Pour punch into the glasses and serve.
