Peanut Butter Soup

Ingredients
  Diced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Diced celery 2 Tablespoon
  Canned chicken 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (ready to serve)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomatoes 3 , blanched, peeled, seeded, chopped
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Hot sauce 1 Dash
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Spray a small saucepan with nonstick cooking spray

MAKING
2. Heat the saucepan, and saute onions and celery in it for a couple of minutes, stirring frequently
3. Add broth, water and peanut butter and bring this mixture to a boil; turn the heat down and simmer for eight minutes
4. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper to it, stir around, and allow to mixture to come to a boil again
5. Add to a soup bowl and stir hot sauce into it

SERVING
6. Serve as appropriate
