Peanut Butter Crumble

Ingredients
  Wheat germ 3⁄4 Ounce
  Whole wheat flour 3 3⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 3/4 Teaspoon)
  Enriched all purpose flour 3 3⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 3/4 Teaspoon)
  Hot water 3 Tablespoon
  Smooth peanut butter 2 Tablespoon
  Granulated brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

MAKING
3. In a small bowl, place the wheat germ, whole wheat flour, and all purpose flour. Mix well till required
4. In another bowl, tip in the water, peanut butter, sugar and mix well
5. Add this mixture to the flour mixture to make soft dough
6. Place the dough in-between two sheets of wax paper and roll out to as thin as possible
7. Remove the top sheet of baking paper and invert the dough on to the baking sheet
8. Peel off the rest of the paper and bake for 15 minutes or till brown
9. Cool on the sheet

FINALIZING
10. Crumble into pieces and store in an air tight container till required

SERVING
11. Serve as a sprinkle on top of custards, ice creams and puddings.
