Lime Butter

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), whipped
  Lime juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), freshly squeezed
  Italian flat leaf parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Salt 1 Dash
  White pepper 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1) In a blender container, add all ingredients.
2) Process the ingredients to prepare a smooth mixture. Scrape down sides of container, if required.
3) Use a resealable plastic container to store the lime butter inside the refrigerator.

SERVING
4) Serve the lime butter with toasts.
