Spicy Sweet Pepper Butter

Ingredients
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), cracked
  Cracked black pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Jalapeno jelly 5 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 1 Tablespoon
  Balsamic vinegar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, minced
  Shallots 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 6 Ounce, softened
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a large saucepan, tip in all the ingredients except the butter
2. Bring the saucepan to the boil and cook gently till it becomes a thick paste
3. Set aside to cool

MAKING
4. In a large food processor bowl, tip in the butter
5. Add the cooked paste the bowl
6. Process till a smooth colored paste is acquired. Do not allow the butter to melt

FINALIZING
7. Scrape the butter off the processor blades and shape into a square
8. Freeze till required

SERVING
9. Serve with baked fish, meats and vegetables.
