Anna's Slow Cooker Apple Butter

Ingredients
  Apple juice/Cider 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Applesauce 2 1⁄2 Quart, unsweetened
  Sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Depending Upon The Sweetness Of The Applesauce And Your Own Preference)
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Boil cider to reduce to 1/2 cup.
2. In slow cooker combine all ingredients, with cover cook on High for 12-16 hours such that apple butter has cooked down to half the original amount.
3. Place in containers and freeze.

SERVING
4. Serve as desired.
