Peanut Apple Butter Sandwich
|Creamy peanut butter||1 Tablespoon|
|Light cream cheese||1 Tablespoon|
|Golden raisins||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Low calorie wheat bread slice||2 (40 Calories Per Slice)|
|Apple butter||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. Taking a mixing bowl and blend the cream cheese, raisins and peanut butter together.
2. Take a slice of bread and spread the mixture of peanut butter on it.
3. Place the apple butter on top and cover with the other slice of bread.
4. Halve the sandwich before serving.
