Peach Or Apricot Butter
|Canned peaches/Apricots||116 Ounce (4 1 Pound 13 Ounce Cans)|
|Sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Cloves||1 Teaspoon, ground|
1. In blender puree drained fruit with pits removed and pour into slow cooker.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook with cover on High for 8-10 hours.
3. During last half of cooking removing cover, stir occasionally.
4. Serve as desired.
