|Salted butter/Slightly salted butter||4 Ounce, softened (100 Gram)|
|Fresh parsley sprig||1 , finely chopped|
|Chervil sprig||1 , finely chopped|
|Fresh tarragon sprig||1 , finely chopped|
|Shallot||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Ground mace/Nutmeg||1 Pinch|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1|
1. Whip the butter thoroughly until light and fluffy.
2. Put in all the other ingredients and beat well to blend.
3. Use as required
