Ingredients
  Salted butter/Slightly salted butter 4 Ounce, softened (100 Gram)
  Fresh parsley sprig 1 , finely chopped
  Chervil sprig 1 , finely chopped
  Fresh tarragon sprig 1 , finely chopped
  Shallot 1 Small, finely chopped
  Ground mace/Nutmeg 1 Pinch
  Freshly ground black pepper 1
Directions

MAKING
1. Whip the butter thoroughly until light and fluffy.
2. Put in all the other ingredients and beat well to blend.

SERVING
3. Use as required
