Peanut Butter Bon Bons
|Creamy peanut butter||18 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted|
|Rice krispies||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Hershey chocolate||8 Ounce (1 Bar)|
|Semi sweet chocolate chips||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
Cream peanut butter and butter well; add powdered sugar.
Knead Rice Krispies into sugar mixture by hand.
Roll into small balls in palms of hands.
In a double boiler, melt chocolates and paraffin together, stirring.
Drop balls into chocolate to coat; remove with forks.
Let dry on waxed paper.
Pickle forks work great for dipping.
