Peanut Butter Layer Cake

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Smooth peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cocoa 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Powdered sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Cream together butter and peanut butter.
Add sugar continue beating until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Beat in vanilla.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Add alternately with milk to creamed mixture beginning and ending with dry ingredients.
Pour into two greased and floured 9-inch layer cake pans.
Bake in 375 degree oven 25 minutes or until cake tests done.
Frost with Chocolate Peanut Butter Frosting. Beat together all ingredients. Add additional powdered sugar if needed.
