Peanut Butter Pie
|Light corn syrup/Dark corn syrup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Eggs||3 , beaten|
|Creamy style peanut butter/Chunk style peanut butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Unbaked pastry shell||1 (9 Inch)|
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a bowl combine corn syrup, sugar, eggs, vanilla and peanut butter and pour it into unbaked pastry shell.
3. Bake for about 15 minutes at 400°F and bake for another 30-35 minutes by reducing the heat to 350°F. Ensure that the filling appears less set towards centre around the edge.
4. Serve as required.
