Peanut Butter Bread
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||4 Teaspoon (Royal)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Peanut butter||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Preheat oven to 300ºF before baking.
2. Sieve in flour with baking powder, sugar and salt. Prepare a well-blend mixture of milk and peanut butter. Mix with dry ingredients and beat well.
3. Take a loaf pan, grease it and bake for about 45 to 50 minutes.
4. Use the next day.
1. Cut into thin slices for making cream cheese or mayonnaise and lettuce stuffed sandwiches.
