Peanut Butter Candy
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Quick-cooking rolled oats||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Shredded coconut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Peanuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Peanut butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Take a mixing bowl, melt butter, add molasses, sugar, milk and salt and blend thoroughly.
2. Cook, without covering, for about 5 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
3. Take a greased pan and transfer the mixture to it.
4. Refrigerate to chill.
5. Cut into squares and serve.
