Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cream butter until fluffy.
Beat in next 3 ingredients.
Add lemon juice drop by drop.
Makes about 1/2 cup.
