Peanut Butter Pops

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Egg 1 Large
  Chunky peanut butter 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Candies 2 Tablespoon (Colored Variety For Topping)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven hot to 350°F (190°C).
2) Grease the cookie sheets with butter.

MAKING
3) Electric Mixer Method Cream butter and add sugar till fluffy.
4) Combine together egg, peanut butter and vanilla extract.
5) In a bowl mix flour, baking soda and salt.
6) Mix in with butter and blend.
7) Food Processor Method With metal blade cream butter.
8) Add sugar and beat on high speed till fluffy.
9) Keep the processor running and add eggs, peanut butter and vanilla extract to blend well.
10) In a bowl mix flour, baking soda and salt.
11) Pour in the workbowl one half of the mixture at a time until blended.
12) From dough make balls about 2 inches in diameter.
13) On the greased cookie sheets add one heaped teaspoon at a time and flatten with a wooden stick.
14) Bake for 5 minutes. Top with colored candies.
15) Bake for further 7-10 minutes till firm.

SERVERS
16) Serve with hot beverages.
