Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Milk 4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onion 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
  Celery salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Peanut butter 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Tomatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs), sieved
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan, melt butter.
2. Add flour and keep stirring till it turns a smooth consistency.
3. Add milk slowly and cook till it thickens slightly. Keep stirring continuously.
4. Add the seasoning.
5. Blend a portion of the hot mixture with peanut butter.
6. Blend the rest of the hot mixture with the remaining ingredients.
7. In a pan, heat tomatoes.
8. Add the two hot mixtures, gradually, stirring continuously.

SERVING
9. Serve Tomato and Peanut Butter Soup with chopped parsley.
