|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fresh herbs||1 Teaspoon, finely chopped|
1) Mix the butter or margarine with the herbs.
2) Allow to cool.
3) Serve it with steaks, chops, sausages, grilled (broiled) fish, or jacket baked potatoes.
Use one herb or mix them for the preparation.
