Parker House Midgets
|Butter stick/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Refrigerated plain biscuits/Buttermilk biscuits||32 Ounce|
1. Melt the butter or margarine in a 15x10x1-inch jelly-roll pan.
2. Separate the 10 biscuits in each package; cut each in half. (Scissors do a fast job.) Roll each half into a tiny ball, then flatten with a glass to a 2-inch round; fold round in harf.
3. Roll in melted butter or margarine in pan to coat all over, then arrange in single layer in same pan. (To keep trim, neat shape, arrange in 10 rows of 8 each.)
4. Bake in very hot oven (450°) 15 minutes, or until golden.
