Low-Sodium Peanut Butter Cookies
|Low sodium corn oil/Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed|
|Evaporated skim milk||5 Tablespoon, undiluted|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Low sodium peanut butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Low sodium baking powder||1 Tablespoon|
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Thoroughly cream margarine, sugars, milk, and vanilla.
3. Stir in peanut butter.
4. Stir in flour and baking powder.
5. Drop from a teaspoon onto an ungreased baking sheet.
6. Press with back of floured fork.
7. Bake 15 minutes.
