Low-Sodium Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
  Low sodium corn oil/Margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed
  Evaporated skim milk 5 Tablespoon, undiluted
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Low sodium peanut butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Low sodium baking powder 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Thoroughly cream margarine, sugars, milk, and vanilla.
3. Stir in peanut butter.
4. Stir in flour and baking powder.
5. Drop from a teaspoon onto an ungreased baking sheet.
6. Press with back of floured fork.
7. Bake 15 minutes.
