Green Onion Butter

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Pound
  Minced green onion 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Including Top)
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Liquid hot pepper seasoning 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

In a small pan, melt butter.
Remove from heat; stir in parsley, onion, mustard, fines herbes, garlic powder, hot pepper seasoning, and pepper.
Use to baste chicken throughout cooking.
