Peanut Butter Granola

Ingredients
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Creamy peanut butter 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Honey 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Rolled oats 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Shelled peanuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dried figs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), snipped
Directions

Pour boiling water over raisins to cover; let stand for 10 minutes.
Drain.
In saucepan combine peanut butter, honey, and cinnamon; heat through.
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
Place oats in large shallow roasting pan or 15xl0xl-inch baking pan.
Pour warm peanut butter mixture over oats and stir gently till mixture is coated; spread evenly in pan.
Bake in 300°F oven for 35 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Turn off oven; stir in raisins, nuts, and figs.
Let dry in oven for 1 1/2 hours; stir occasionally.
Store granola in airtight containers.
