Scrambled Calf Brains

Ingredients
  Calf brain 4 (2 Pairs)
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon
  Hard-cooked eggs 4 , chopped
  Raw eggs 2
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Catsup 2 Tablespoon
  Hot buttered toast slice 4
Directions

1. Prepare brains according to instructions. Let cool and drain, then cut into dice.
2. Melt the butter or margarine in a saucepan. Add the brains, hard-cooked eggs, then the well-beaten eggs. Add the salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and catsup. Cook over low heat, stirring until the eggs are set.
