Simple Rum Butter

Ingredients
  Butter 115 Gram
  Icing sugar 115 Gram (Sifted)
  Rum To Taste
Directions

1. Beat the butter to a very soft cream (an electric mixer is excellent for this) and gradually beat in the sifted icing sugar.
2. Add the rum from a spoon; it is easier to control than from the bottle.
