Peanut Butter Ups

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Peanut butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Graham cracker crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Peanuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
  Confectioner’s sugar 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Chocolate chips 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shortening 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In 2-qt mixing bowl or casserole, combine butter and peanut butter.
Microwave at High 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until melted.
Blend well.
Mix in crumbs, peanuts and sugar until mixture is very stiff.
Press firmly in buttered 12x8- or 13x9-in dish.
In small bowl, combine chips and shortening.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) 2 1/2 to 4 minutes, or until chips are shiny and soft.
Blend well.
Drizzle over bars, spreading carefully.
Cool completely before cutting.
