Brussels Sprouts With Mustard Butter

Ingredients
  Brussels sprouts 1 Pound, halved (500 Grams)
  Butter 1 1⁄2 Ounce (45 Grams)
  Whole grain mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh dill 1 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Boil, steam or microwave Brussels sprouts until tender. Drain and keep warm.
2. Place butter in a microwave-safe jug and melt on HIGH (100%) for 20 seconds or melt in a small saucepan over a low heat. Stir in mustard, dill and pepper to taste. Pour butter over Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.
