Brussels Sprouts with Mustard Butter
|Brussels sprouts||1 Pound, halved (500 Grams)|
|Butter||1 1⁄2 Ounce (45 Grams)|
|Whole grain mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped fresh dill||1 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
1. Boil, steam or microwave Brussels sprouts until tender. Drain and keep warm.
2. Place butter in a microwave-safe jug and melt on HIGH (100%) for 20 seconds or melt in a small saucepan over a low heat. Stir in mustard, dill and pepper to taste. Pour butter over Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.
