Basic Lemon Butter
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, minced|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Dash|
|Lemon juice||4 Teaspoon|
Work the butter with a spoon in a bowl until creamy.
Then, while stirring constantly, add very slowly the parsley, salt, pepper, and the lemon juice.
You may add 1/8 teasp minced onion, or 2 teasp minced pimiento or green pepper.
Serve with broiled steak or fish or cooked vegetables.
