Easy Apple Butter

Ingredients
  Applesauce 4 Cup (64 tbs), canned
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Orange rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
  Ground cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Allspice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan, then simmer, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour.
Cool.
Pour into sterilized glass jars.
