Savory Apple Butter

Ingredients
  Baking apples 4 Large, peeled, cored, cubed
  Apple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Savory seasonings bake blend 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Place apples and juice in medium saucepan.
Cover; cook over medium heat until juice comes to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer 30 minutes or until apples are tender and juice is cooked away.
Add sugar, lemon juice and bake blend; stir.
Uncover; simmer 20 to 30 minutes until thickened and all liquid is gone.
Pour thickened apple mixture in blender container; cover.
Puree until smooth.
Store in small, sealed glass jars in refrigerator.
