  Whole wheat bread slices 8
  Peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded carrots 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Banana 1⁄2 , sliced
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sweet red pepper 1⁄2 , cut in strips
  English cucumber 1⁄4 , sliced

Spread each bread slice wilh peanut butter; place each slice on plate.
Let guests decorate slices as desired with carrots for hair, banana for ears or eyes, raisins for nose or eyes, red pepper for mouth and cucumber for eyes.
