Horseradish Butter

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs), softened
  Prepared dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared horseradish 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1 Dash
  Snipped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine butter, mustard, horseradish, salt, and pepper; cream till light and fluffy.
Garnish with snipped parsley.
Spread on Sesame Hard Rolls and fill with slices of Porterhouse Roast.
