Asparagus With Caper Butter

Ingredients
  Fresh asparagus 2 Pound, washed
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Capers 2 Tablespoon
Directions

With electric knife cut off tough ends of spears.
In 10-inch skillet, heat 4 cups water to boiling; add 1 1/2 teaspoons salt.
Add asparagus; cover and cook over low heat 12-15 minutes or until stalks are tender when pierced with a fork.
Drain.
Combine 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper and melted butter or margarine with capers; pour over asparagus and serve immediately.
