Low-Sugar Peanut Butter Cookies
|Sifted flour||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Peanut butter||6 Tablespoon|
|Granulated sugar substitute||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (concentrate)|
Preheat oven to 375Â°.
Lightly grease cookie sheet.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Combine peanut butter and eggs.
Add sugar concentrate substitute and mix well.
Thoroughly mix in dry ingredients.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
Flatten with tines of fork.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until done.
