Foolproof Crust

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Pound, softened
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut flour and salt into butter and mix until a ball forms.
Pat dough with hands into a 9-inch pie plate, mending if necessary and fluting edge if desired.
Prick generously with a fork and bake at 400° for 7 minutes.
