Peanut Butter Bread

Ingredients
  Sifted all purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , well beaten
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped salted peanuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Sift dry ingredients into a bowl.
Rub in peanut butter until mixture is crumbly.
Mix eggs, milk and rind together, then stir quickly into flour mixture.
Pour into a greased loaf pan.
Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
Bake at 325F to 350F for 50 to 60 minutes.
