Apricot Apple Butter
|Dried apricots||11 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Apple juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||4 Teaspoon|
|Ground cloves||1 Dash|
1. Combine ingredients in a 4-quart glass casserole. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 15 to 18 minutes at HIGH, or until apples are soft; stir several times.
2. Puree in blender or food processor. Pour back into the glass casserole. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 15 minutes at HIGH, or until thick; stir several times.
3. Pack butter into hot sterilized jars; cover. Cool. Store in refrigerator.
