Peanut Butter Cookies
|Safflower oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Honey||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Peanut butter||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Orange juice/Water||2 Teaspoon|
|Whole wheat flour||1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs), sifted|
|Arrowroot baking powder||1 1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Blend together oil, honey, and egg.
Blend in peanut butter, orange juice, and vanilla.
Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt.
Shape into small balls and flatten with a fork dipped in flour.
Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350° 10 minutes, or until firm.
Remove to wire rack to cool.
