|Sweet butter||2 Cup (32 tbs), softened|
|Dry white wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Half and half||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lime juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lime zest||2 Tablespoon, grated|
Place butter, wine, half-and-half, lime juice, and grated zest in a blender or food processor and process until smooth and well blended.
Brush over vegetables and chicken while grilling.
