  Remains of roast hare 1 Pound
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Cayenne pepper 1
Directions

Separate meat into neat pieces, brush with oiled butter and season highly.
Grill under a hot grill until well browned, turning frequently and brushing with more butter if necessary.
