|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fresh orange juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Fresh parsley||1 Teaspoon, snipped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), cut in half|
|Orange peel||1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated|
|Tarragon leaves||1⁄8 Teaspoon (dried)|
|Hot pepper sauce||4 Drop|
In 2-cup measure, combine all ingredients.
Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 1 1/2 minutes.
Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until hot and bubbly.
