Festive Chili Butter

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic/1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Green onion 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Salt To Taste
Directions

In a small bowl, beat butter or margarine with an electric mixer until softened.
Beat in garlic or garlic powder, chili powder, cumin and green onion.
Season to taste with salt.
Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 3 days.
Allow to soften at room temperature 15 to 20 minutes before using.
