Pimiento Butter

Ingredients
  Unsalted butter 6 Tablespoon, softened (3/4 Stick)
  Drained bottled pimiento/Roasted red pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), patted dry and chopped
  Fresh lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In a food processor blend together the butter, the pimiento, and the lemon juice until the pimiento is minced and the butter is orange-colored and season the butter with salt and pepper.
