|Unsalted butter||6 Tablespoon, softened (3/4 Stick)|
|Drained bottled pimiento/Roasted red pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), patted dry and chopped|
|Fresh lemon juice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
In a food processor blend together the butter, the pimiento, and the lemon juice until the pimiento is minced and the butter is orange-colored and season the butter with salt and pepper.
