Roasted Red Pepper Butter

|Red bell pepper||2 , roasted, patted dry, and chopped (Procedure)|
|Unsalted butter||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), softened (1 1/2 Sticks)|
|Fresh lemon juice||1 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)|
In a food processor puree the roasted peppers, add the butter, the lemon juice, and salt and black pepper to taste, and blend the mixture until it is smooth.
