Roasted Red Pepper Butter

Ingredients
  Red bell pepper 2 , roasted, patted dry, and chopped (Procedure)
  Unsalted butter 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), softened (1 1/2 Sticks)
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
Directions

In a food processor puree the roasted peppers, add the butter, the lemon juice, and salt and black pepper to taste, and blend the mixture until it is smooth.
