In 3-quart casserole or mixing bowl, combine cereals, pretzel sticks and peanuts.
In 1-cup measure or bowl, combine butter, Worcestershire sauce and salts.
Cook, uncovered, 45 seconds or until melted.
Drizzle in fine stream over cereal mixture, stirring to coat evenly.
Cook, uncovered, 8 minutes or until warm, stirring occasionally.
