Lemon Butter Frosting

Ingredients
  Butter 120 Gram (8 Tablespoons)
  Icing sugar 450 Gram
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Lemon juice 4 Tablespoon
  Lemon rind 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon yellow coloring/Green coloring 2 Drop (Few Drops Required)
Directions

Cream butter in a bowl.
Add icing sugar gradually, stirring until well blended.
Add salt, lemon rind and lemon juice beating well.
Add enough warm water to reach spreading consistency.
Add colour(if desired).
