|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Pound (1/2 cup)|
|Yellow hominy||72 1⁄2 Ounce (5 cans (14 1/2 oz. each)canned, drained, and/or white hominy)|
In a 12- to 14-inch frying pan, melt butter over high heat.
Add hominy and stir, uncovered, until hot, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; season to taste with salt and pepper.
Pour into a bowl.
