Cocoa Butter Cookies
|Butter/Margarine||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Unsifted all purpose flour||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Unsweetened cocoa||3⁄4 Tablespoon|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
In large mixing bowl, soften butter (20 sec).
Blend in sugar and egg, beating until light and fluffy.
Add flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa, vanilla and nuts; mix until blended.
If required chill dough for easier handling.
