Peanut Butter Slices

  Basic refrigerator cookie dough 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjusted)
  Creamy peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 3 Tablespoon
  Wheat germ 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Prepare Basic Refrigerator Cookie Dough creaming peanut butter in with butter and sugar and blending milk in with the egg and vanilla.
Shape dough in two 6-inch rolls.
Roll in wheat germ to cover outside of rolls.
Wrap in clear plastic wrap.
Chill thoroughly.
Cut in thin slices; place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in 375° oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
Cool on rack.
